Processing Time

Sticker orders are processed in 1-2 business days.  

Glass can orders are processed in 3-5 business days.

Phone are processed in 5-7 business days, as they are made to order.

Shipping

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS $35+

All orders are shipped through USPS.  Shipping times are typically 3-10 business days, but depend on the USPS operating at its full capacity.  I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

Orders including only stickers ship free but will not include tracking.  Orders including all other items (or a combination of other items and stickers) will include tracking.

Items marked "delivered" by USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of returns and cancellations.

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.  I cannot guarantee a refund for products shipped to the wrong address because of inaccurate information.

Returns and Cancellations

Returns: Due to the nature of the products offered, and that many of my products are made to order, I am not accepting returns at this time.  If you have any issues with the product when it arrives, please reach out to me at info@madebycaitj.com and I will work to find a solution.

Cancellations: I accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Please reach out to me at info@madebycaitj.com if you need to cancel your order.  If it has been more than 24 hours since you placed your order, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate.  However, I try to ship orders as quickly as possible so I cannot guarantee I will be able to cancel your order outside of this timeframe.

International Orders

At this time I am not offering international orders.  

Sticker Care

Regular stickers (not clear) are water resistant, but are not designed to withhold water for long periods of time.  

Clear stickers are waterproof, but should not go in the dishwasher.

Drinkware Care

Drinkware is not dishwasher or microwave safe.  To ensure your drinkware lasts as long as possible, please hand wash gently.

Custom Orders

I am open for custom orders! Whether it's a color change to a sticker, or a new drinkware design, feel free to reach out and I'm happy to discuss options.  Unfortunately, clear stickers cannot be customized at this time.
